Downtown Tampa, Your New Healthcare Home Is Almost Here

The vision for TFHC Harrison is getting closer to reality.

Construction continues to move forward at our health center in Tampa’s Encore District, and soon, the doors will open to a new healthcare experience for the people who live, work and spend time downtown.

There’s also an important date to mark on the calendar. Beginning October 2, patients can start scheduling appointments at TFHC Harrison.

Located on the 7th floor of Harrison at 1071 Blanche Armwood St. in downtown Tampa, the new health center will feature 22 patient rooms and offer Family Practice, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Pharmacy services. The thoughtfully designed space will bring a range of healthcare services to the heart of the Encore District and reflects what we mean when we say Quality Care. So close, it feels like home.

Endocrinology Is Coming Downtown

Among the services coming to TFHC Harrison is Endocrinology, expanding access to care for patients managing diabetes, thyroid disorders and other conditions related to hormones and metabolism. Having this specialty gives patients another opportunity to receive coordinated care while staying connected to the TFHC healthcare team.

Comprehensive Infectious Disease Care

Infectious Disease services will provide confidential care, testing, prevention, treatment and ongoing support for patients managing HIV, hepatitis B and C and other infectious diseases. Patients will have a knowledgeable team focused on helping them understand their health, navigate treatment and manage their care with confidence.

Pharmacy Convenience, Built In

The onsite TFHC Pharmacy means patients can go from seeing their provider to filling a prescription without adding another stop to their day. In addition to prescriptions and refills, patients can receive medication guidance and take advantage of TFHC’s prescription delivery service.

And It All Starts With Primary Care

At the center of TFHC Harrison will be Family Practice, giving patients a place for routine checkups, preventive care, ongoing health needs and a lasting relationship with a primary care provider.

With construction progressing and appointment scheduling just weeks away, what was once a vision for TFHC Harrison is quickly becoming a reality.
