TFHC Spring Into Wellness Brings Joy, Movement, and Community Connection

Spring was definitely in the air at TFHC's Spring Into Wellness Community Event! Held at our 8108 N. Nebraska Ave. location, this family-friendly celebration brought together neighbors, wellness activities, community resources, and plenty of smiles.

From the moment guests arrived, there was no shortage of fun. Children laughed as they twirled hula hoops and painted their faces with bright designs. Families lined up to meet fluffy rabbits at the petting zoo, and our special guest—TFHC’s very own Dr. Patches—brought extra cheer and giggles.

Wellness was front and center with calming yoga sessions, interactive garden classes, and resources to support healthy living. It wasn’t just a fun day—it was a reminder that wellness can start with small, joyful moments shared together.

The event welcomed over 100 attendees and helped shred a whopping 5,300 pounds of sensitive documents, thanks to our partner AARP Tampa Bay. It was an opportunity to protect personal information while promoting peace of mind and well-being.
