This year's clinic will take place on three consecutive Saturdays: August1, August 8, and August 15, starting at 8 a.m.

We can't wait to welcome you to our Back to School Clinics this Saturday! Our medical teams are ready to help students get everything they need for a healthy start to the new school year.
While the clinics will continue as planned, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the outdoor Bash celebration due to a forecasted 70% chance of rain and out of concern for the safety of our patients, families, staff, and community. Families can still receive our Back to School giveaways while supplies last, and appointments are still available for school physicals, immunizations, and dental screenings.

Please have your government issued photo ID and your insurance card (if you have coverage) with you.
If Tampa Family Health Centers is not your medical home, please change your primary care provider to one of our Providers.
If you need a shot record converted to Florida, please bring a copy to your scheduled clinic or bring it and allow us to make a copy at least 1 week in advance.
