Jenifer Haynes, DO, FAAP, DABOM, IBCLC, MS

Earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Pediatrics Residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital/The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Growing up near Scranton, PA, Dr. Haynes is a first-generation college and medical school graduate whose dedication to working with underserved communities is deeply rooted in her personal experiences and commitment to equitable healthcare.

With over 20 years of combined experience in education and healthcare, Dr. Haynes is passionate about teaching and mentoring learners at all stages. Her early career as a high school science teacher in a highly diverse, low-income district near Washington, D.C., exposed her to the unique challenges faced by at-risk students, further inspiring her to advocate for underserved populations. As Program Director, she has created a supportive and dynamic training environment where pediatric residents receive comprehensive education and hands-on experience caring for children from all walks of life.

Jessica Jennings, MD

Earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, followed by her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. She completed her pediatric residency at USF, where she developed a solid foundation in comprehensive pediatric care. 

After residency, Dr. Jennings practiced at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, deepening her commitment to serving underserved populations. In 2015, she joined Tampa Family Health Centers, where she continues to provide high-quality care with dedication and empathy.
